NOT a few people who fail through diet to lose weight. Many of them eventually gave up and returned to the initial diet. Though making simple lifestyle changes can help you lose weight faster without feeling a loss foods you love.

a. Eat with a smaller plate
A study at Cornell University found that eating a large plate used to make us feel hungry and eat more. Meanwhile, the portion of the same foods, when eaten from a smaller plate, it would look great so easy to feel full.

b. Use a large fork
A study in Italy that there is a relationship between the size of the fork and the level of consumption. This study found that visitors who use a fork to eat smaller compared with larger ones.


c. Drinking water before meals
Drinking water before meals can reduce the amount of food consumed. Believed that those who drink 2-3 glasses of water before meals to lose weight more quickly than those who drank water after eating.

d. Eating with the men
According to psychologists, women will eat less if they're around a boy! Strange, but true.

e. Hide unhealthy snacks
Saving unhealthy snacks out of sight can help you know. Try to stay away from chocolate and crisps from the eye.

f. Avoid snacking at night
Snacking at night often tend to gain weight. Since no form of exercise that can be done at night, this habit will make you gain weight if not disetop.

g. Beware of skinny friends
Thin people have a big appetite. And you have to be careful of what you eat so as not to gain weight.
