Want to Postpone Hungry? Expand Protein Consumption

A research states, too little protein consumption had contributed to making you fat. Why how come? This is caused by the ingestion of small amount of protein is easy to make you hungry, and ran for a snack, of course, calories out of control.

Research by scientists from Cambridge University and the University of Sydney including 22 volunteers who have a healthy body weight and aged between 18 to 51 years. They were then asked to stay a while and given the same food with different levels of protein each day.
Volunteers are also given portion of the same sport every day such as walking for one hour per day.

The result, researchers found that volunteers taking only ten percent of protein a day on average eat 1036 extra calories during a period of four days compared with 15 percent of their daily protein intake.



Researchers also asked each volunteer to assess hunger they felt at every interval of one hour. The result, those who consume 15 percent protein to feel full up to two hours after eating than those who only consume 10 percent of protein a day.

"The results show that humans have a very strong appetite for protein, and it encourages protein intake of excess energy," said researcher Alison Grosby, from the University of Sydney.

Protein does have an important role in the formation of energy, weight loss alone to nutrition experts recommend us to fill the dish with half a serving of protein, fiber and a quarter and a half servings of carbohydrate servings....
