If you want to start a diet to lose weight, pay attention to the day when it started. Experts call on Tuesday is the worst time to start dieting.
The study was conducted on 2,000 women who are dieting in the UK in 2010. Scientists seek time in a week where the most successful diet or the worst obstacles. They found that people who start dieting Tuesday most likely to lose the spirit within a week of dieting.

This study also revealed that one in four women who diet actually admitted even gained weight after dieting. Their weight increased an average of 2.7 pounds.
