The logic is that fat people eat more than normal weight people. But the latest study reveals the opposite.
A recent study in the United States (U.S.) revealed that people with excess weight eat less than people with normal weight, but they still consume more calories, and less active. Similarly, as quoted from ST.
Conversely, adults with normal weight, including those that have managed to lose a lot of weight and keep it, eat it more often than people with excess weight, according to findings published in the Journal of the American Association Dietec.
"This research shows that people who ate more frequently had a lower body weight. It is not known what causes it," said Jessica Bachman, an assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition and Dietecs, Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
