1. Make a commitment and planning
For most people eat fatty foods and sweets are addictive. To avoid gaining weight during the holidays, begin to commit to a healthy diet. Find out the list of healthy foods and create a plan that motivates you.
2. Ignore the temptation to snack

3. Active movement and exercise

5. Reduce coming to dinner
